Meet Malka Weintraub, LCPC
Malka has helped thousands of people like yourself, individually and in groups, to better, more satisfying and joyful lives — through career counseling, coaching and life planning. She has successfully counseled people for over twenty years, helping people in the private, non-profit and government sectors find joyful, satisfying work. Malka has transitioned from her role at the University of Baltimore, where she previously managed an internship program at The Career Center. This program provided students interested in career counseling with valuable practical experiences in the field. She also introduced Job Search Groups at the University, successfully leading several sessions that benefited UB students, alumni, and staff.
Credentials & Qualifications
Licensed Professional: Malka is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the State of Maryland.
Vocational Experience: She brings over ten years of experience working in the Vocational Rehabilitation field, helping individuals with disabilities secure fulfilling, productive employment.
Education: Malka has a Master of Arts in Counseling from Wayne State University (Detroit, MI) and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Vassar College (Poughkeepsie, NY).
Certification: She has completed all coursework for a certificate in healthcare hypnosis and is a distance certified counselor.
